Indoor pickleball and padel courts at Matt's facility, with players playing and practicing the game.

Hey, Pittsburgh. Let’s Play.

Welcome to Matt’s Pickle & Padel.

We’re not your average racquet club.

Six pickleball courts. Four padel courts. One place where Pittsburgh finally gets to play both.

Matt's Pickle and Padel is home for two of the fastest-growing sports in the world — and the only facility in Pittsburgh with both under one roof.

What We Are

We built Matt's because Pittsburgh deserved a place to play that didn't feel like a membership interview. No dress code. No attitude. Just good courts, good people, and the kind of energy that makes you say “…got time for one more game?”

We do leagues, lessons, open play, and tournaments.

Show up as a beginner, come back as a regular. Either way, you belong here!

What is Padel?

Padel (pronounced pad-del or pah-DEL) is the fastest-growing sport in the world, and for good reason. It's fast, physical, and pretty addictive (even if you’re not the most athletic of your friend group!). It has you booking your next session before you've finished your first.

Played on an enclosed glass court in doubles, padel combines the strategy of tennis with the wall play of racquetball. Points are longer, rallies are more dynamic, and the game rewards angles and smart team play over raw power.

The learning curve is short and most players are competing within a few sessions. The ceiling’s high… but climbing it is the fun part!

Pittsburgh hasn't had a place to play padel... until now. Matt's four indoor padel courts are the only ones in the city, and we're building a fun and competitive community from the ground up. We’ve got clinics for every level, structured leagues, drilling sessions, and tournaments for players who are ready to go.

If you're looking for a workout that doesn't feel like a workout, a sport with a real competitive track, and a community that takes the game seriously — this is it.

I recently hosted a professional event at Matt’s Pickle and Paddle, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our run of show included a casual dinner and informational panel, followed by open play coordinated by a staff member for 40 people. The team was both professional and easygoing—wonderful to work with and incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this venue for corporate events! ❤️

Matt’s Pickle and Paddle is easily one of the coolest places in the city, especially if you enjoy pickleball and paddle sports. Huge, beautiful, super friendly staff - simply amazing! If you are into this, or want to learn - you owe it to yourself to check this place out!

What a great facility with plenty of pickleball and padel courts. Most people are familiar with pickleball but I encourage you to explore padel one of the fastest growing racket sports. It's a combination of tennis and racketball played on an enclosed court. Fast paced and extremely fun. This facility is clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. Check it out.👍👍
